Frank founded Export Today in December 2010 to help U.S. companies export goods into China through TMall, China’s top B2C e-commerce platform. He is also chairman of Edelman’s public affairs practice in Asia-Pacific, helping companies deal with regulatory and other government-related issues. Before that, he was COO at Cushman Wakefield Investors Asia. He was Undersecretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce for two years, serving as America’s chief trade negotiator in President George Bush’s administration. He was also the U.S. Ambassador to Singapore from 1999 – 2000.
