Zizhu works closely with promotions group and creative to identify the best practices and optimize efficiency.  She is responsible for developing, coordinating and overseeing the analytic process that facilitates the delivery of measurable and result-based offerings to clients. 

Before she joined TMG in June 2011, Zizhu worked for AC Nielsen’s Analytic Consulting team, where her responsibilities included performing mathematic modeling to evaluate marketing return on investment and optimize marketing planning across different vehicles (Digital, TV, Print, PR, Trade, etc.) Working closely with top industry leaders across categories such as beverage, confectionary, hair care and telecom, Zizhu developed her competencies in quantitative and qualitative market research, category management and media analysis.

Zizhu graduated from Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID, Geneva, Switzerland) with a master degree in International Economics, prior to which she obtained a dual degree in Economics and Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She also worked as a consultant in the United Nations on the development of E-learning around Public Finance and Trade as a graduate student.
